Do I have to pay shipping costs?

I offer free shipping to the following countries:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Luxembourg
  • Germany

To all order countries I charge the following shipping costs:

  • Other European countries: €9,95
  • Outside Europe: €19,95
How long will it take to get my package?

As soon as I have received your order I will send it to you as soon as possible. (if your order is placed before 4:00 pm CEST I pack and ship your print(s) the same day!) I ship all my posters with Post NL and their first attempt is home delivery. If they can’t deliver the order, you will get information where to collect your order.

Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for delays out of our control such as customs delays etc.

The product

High quality paper

As I really respect the environment, my posters are printed on Premium Uncoated Paper meeting the highest environmental standards. Added bonus is that the end result provides a more elegant and prestigeous look.

Colors

Unfortunately, I can not guarantee that the colors are exactly the same as the colors that you have seen on my website. This is because different computer screens, operating systems, and even different web browsers have different color characteristics, so it’s just about impossible to get a given color to look the same on every screen.

Are the prints sold with frame?

No, all prints are sold without frames.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

I accept Credit card, Paypal, iDeal, Bancontact/Mister Cash and SOFORT Banking.

Orders & Returns

Returns Policy

You can return or exchange items up to 14 calendar days after receiving your original order. The product must be sent back in its original condition, original packaging and without previously used postage labels. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All returns must be sent with the dispatch note attached. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as ROARTS will not be held responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of ROARTS.

All goods will be inspected and the return shall be processed within 14 working days. We will contact you once the process is complete. It may take up to 10 working days for the funds to be credited into your bank account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

International Returns

All returned items should be declared as a “Returns and Repairs of Dutch Merchandise” on the customs declaration; returned packages that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration may not be successfully delivered to our warehouse and may incur additional fees.

Import Duties

Please note that all goods are shipped from the Netherlands, and any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Please note that we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

I work closely with my shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of custom delays on our international customers.

Every so often mistakes do happen, but I do my best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that I have made a mistake with your order, please email me at service@roarts.com and I will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing me.

Damaged Order

Did you purchase a product that was damaged upon arrival or faulty in any other way? My aim is to have 100% customer satisfaction, so please contact me if you are dissatisfied with your received item. Email me at service@roarts.com and please submit some pictures of the product/packaging.
